Yearly Activities
Children/Upward Sports
Upward offers a biblically based sports ministry specifically designed for
boys and girls in first through sixth grades. It promotes salvation,
character, and self-esteem in every child. You can sign your children
up for one of the following Upward sports:
* Upward Basketball (December-Mid March)
* Summer Sports Camps (soccer, basketball,
Flag Football)
* Crosspoint (resident camp for 4th-6th graders)
* Upward Soccer (Spring)
* Upward Flag-Football (Late summer)
* Above the Rim Basketball for 7-12 grade (Fall)
Adult Sports
Each year Lawndale Baptist
Church offers a variety of options for those who are sports minded.
Our church offers opportunities:
* Men's Basketball (Summer)
* Men's, Women's & Coed Softball

Golf League and Tournaments
Family Activities
Each quarter of the year, our
church family participates in some type of fellowship. Past
fellowships have included:
* Family Movie Nights
* Camping Trips

Here at Lawndale, we have a family that loves to travel together.
Many lasting friendships have been built while traveling. We would
love for you to join us on our next trip. Past trips have included:

Our philosophy is simple. The church must capture the
imagination of a world that is passing it by. If we capture
its imagination, we can get its attention. If we get its
attention, we can have access to its mind. If we can
have access to a person's mind, we can reach their heart.
If a person's heart is reached and the message of Jesus Christ is shared,
a life can be changed for eternity! It's just that simple.
We want to change the lives of people through an encounter with Jesus
Christ. We invite you to join us on the journey!
