The conviction to set out on such a journey stems from Vision. Visionary churches dream dreams bigger than themselves and attempt things greater than themselves. LBC embraces the "mustard seed" vision that Jesus talked about in Mark 4:31. That is, contained in something infinitely small (a seed), is the potential to become something infinitely great.

The vehicle that propels bold vision into reality is Teamwork. LBC is committed to teamwork and we are always looking for new team members. Effective church teams pool their time, talents, gifts, and material resources to reach new heights and achieve lofty goals. We have come to understand that the main goal of our church is to influence people - those who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and those who have not yet discovered the significance of that relationship.

The supernatural result of Biblically based teamwork is a Harvest. God's most valuable crop has always been people. LBC is committed to joyfully invest in what God considers His most precious creation - mankind.
