Important Evaluation Night Information
The following is the evaluation schedule for this season:
Monday, November 6 – All Kindergarten-2nd grade boys and girls – Anytime between 6:00pm and 8:00pm
Tuesday, November 7 – 3rd-4th grade boys @ 6:00pm and 3rd-4th grade girls @ 7:00pm
Thursday, November 9 – 5th-6th grade boys @ 6:00pm and 5th-6th grade girls @ 7:00pm
Friday, November 10 – 7th-12th grade boys @ 7:00pm and 7th-12th grade girls @ 8:00pm
Monday, November 13 – Makeup evaluations for all K-6th grade boys and girls between 6pm and 8pm
You will notice that for 3rd-12th grade players, the evaluations are different this season. All 3rd-12th grade players are asked to arrive at the scheduled time and must stay until their evaluation is complete. These are NOT “drop in” evaluations.
Therefore, the check-in process for 3rd-12th grade players will begin 30 minutes prior to their scheduled evaluation time. Please help us by arriving prior to your scheduled time. This will help us to not have a backlog of players in the check-in process.
