A native of North Carolina, Jimmy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management. Jimmy went on to graduate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religious Education. He has served Lawndale since 2000.

 

Prior to Lawndale, Jimmy has served churches in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Jimmy currently serves Lawndale in the position of Administrative Pastor. His duties also include activities and community ministries.

Jimmy and his wife Angela were married in 1989. They have two grown children, Matthew and Katie and one granddaughter, Everleigh! Jimmy enjoys being on the lake or camping with his family and on the golf course with his friends.
