Zach's main goal in life and ministry is discipling people to take hold of their faith and trust in God's grace all for His glory. In other words, he is about discipleship. As a Christian and a pastor, he feels called to make disciples and to equip people to do the same. He has a passion for students and for the church. Along with ministering as a youth pastor, he leads the Greensboro Youth Collective - a group whose goal is to build the kingdom through student ministry in Greensboro, NC.

 

Zach is currently enrolled at Southeastern Seminary pursuing a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership. He received his Advanced Master of Divinity from Southeastern Seminary. He also studied at Liberty University where he received a B.A. in Biblical Studies with a Minor in Expository Preaching. He has been in full time youth ministry for over 3 years and part time youth ministry for 4 years before that.

Zach has been married to his wife, Abby, since 2018. They met at Liberty though Abby is originally from Iowa. Abby is a middle school history teacher passionate about what she does. She enjoys serving alongside him in ministry as they work to make disciples. They do not yet have children but certainly hope to one day.

 

Zach's favorite thing to do is ministry. Apart from ministry, he is a musician - his main instrument being the piano. He enjoys reading, writing and learning. He enjoys stories whether in the form of a good book, show or movie. He loves anywhere where there is water, especially the lake. He enjoys traveling, making memories and experiencing new things.
