Luke moved to Greensboro from Mills River N.C. in 2014 to attend the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. During his time as a college student he served on the student leadership team in Lawndale's College ministry. In May 2018 Luke graduated with his BA in Communication studies. After graduation Luke served as an Intern in the College ministry at Lawndale. After two years of working in a secular career Luke  started his Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. In March of 2020 God called Luke to be the Student Ministry Associate. In May of 2021 God called Luke and Hope to work with the college ministry and for Luke to be the new College Director of Lawndale Baptist Church.

Luke and Hope got married in January 2020. Hope works as the Development Director at The Pregnancy Network, which is an organization that empowers women to face their unplanned pregnancies without fear. 

 

Luke enjoys fishing, golfing, and eating ice cream at any time! He also loves to spend time with family and friends.
